This Privacy Policy explains how AI Evolved Humans, LLC ("Ticker Coach," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Ticker Coach applications, websites, and services (the "Service").

- Usage information — watchlists, preferences, and interactions with features, used to personalize your experience.
- Brokerage data — where you choose to connect a brokerage, we receive read-only holdings and account data to analyze your portfolio. We cannot trade or move funds.
- Device & analytics data — such as device type, app version, and aggregated usage events, collected to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, personalize, and improve the Service, including AI analysis, briefings, and alerts.
- To operate your account and, where applicable, manage subscriptions.
- To communicate with you about the Service, security, and updates.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Service and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Analytics & cookies

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@tickercoach.ai. You can also disconnect a linked brokerage at any time from within the app.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means.
