These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ticker Coach applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by AI Evolved Humans, LLC ("Ticker Coach," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Important. Ticker Coach is an educational research tool. It does not provide investment advice or recommendations, and it is not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser. See our Disclosures for details.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

Ticker Coach provides AI-generated market analysis, sentiment scoring, discovery and screening tools, educational strategy-building and backtesting features, alerts, and optional read-only connections to supported brokerages. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality at any time.

3. Not investment advice

All content, scores, sentiment, analyses, and outputs are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They are not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and are not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Markets involve risk, including the possible loss of principal.

4. Brokerage connections

Where you choose to connect a brokerage account, the connection is read-only. Ticker Coach cannot place trades, transfer funds, or take any action on your accounts. You remain in control of every decision and transaction with your broker.

5. Subscriptions & trials

Certain features require a paid subscription. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription only if you elect to continue and provide a valid payment method. Fees, billing periods, and cancellation terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: reverse engineering or scraping the Service; reselling or redistributing outputs; attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with the Service's operation; or using the Service in violation of applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AI Evolved Humans, LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Third-party data & services

The Service relies on third-party market data, filings, and infrastructure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data, and we are not responsible for third-party services you connect to the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, reliable, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Evolved Humans, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which AI Evolved Humans, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
